It all started in 2000 when Laurie and Jeff Stroud founded Birmingham, Ala., based The Christian Family Publication, Inc. (CFP) and began production and distribution of its first magazine, Birmingham Christian Family. Today Christian Family Publications has franchises throughout the Southeast including Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas. Each magazine shares positive Christian information with readers every month. Key markets include Austin, Texas; Memphis and Chattanooga, Tenn.; Starkville and Tupelo, Miss.; Shreveport/Bosier City La.; Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; Birmingham, Anniston, Gadsden, Tuscaloosa, and Huntsville, Ala and recently added Denver, Colorado.
